2. Services
We provide 24/7 emergency restoration services, including but not limited to:
- Water damage restoration and water extraction
- Structural drying and dehumidification
- Mold inspection, testing, and remediation
- Fire and smoke damage restoration
- Sewage cleanup and biohazard remediation
- Storm and flood damage restoration
- Reconstruction services
All Services are subject to a written work authorization or service agreement signed by the property owner or authorized representative before work begins.
3. Service Estimates and Pricing
- Free initial assessments are provided for emergency water damage situations within our service area.
- Final pricing is determined after on-site inspection and is documented in a written estimate or work authorization.
- We bill insurance carriers directly when authorized; the property owner remains responsible for any deductible, non-covered services, or amounts not paid by the insurance carrier.
- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
4. Insurance Claims
We frequently work with homeowners and commercial property insurance carriers. While we assist with documentation and direct billing where possible:
- We are not insurance adjusters and do not provide legal or insurance claims advice.
- Coverage determinations are made solely by your insurance carrier.
- You are responsible for all amounts not covered by your insurance policy, including deductibles and denied claims.
5. Property Access and Authorization
By engaging our Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the property owner or have lawful authority to authorize work on the property.
- You have disclosed all known hazards, hidden conditions, or pre-existing damage to the property.
- You grant AWDR and our technicians reasonable access to the property to complete the Services.
6. Warranties and Limitations
- We perform all work in accordance with IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) standards.
- We warrant our workmanship for one (1) year from the date of completion, unless otherwise specified in writing.
- We do not warrant materials manufactured by third parties beyond the manufacturer’s stated warranty.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors outside our control (e.g., continued water intrusion, structural issues, acts of nature occurring after our work).
DISCLAIMER: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Washington State law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of business, or emotional distress.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by our negligence).
8. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For insurance-billed jobs, the property owner remains responsible for the full balance if the insurance carrier denies, reduces, or delays payment.
- Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Washington law and may be referred to collections. You agree to pay reasonable collection costs and attorneys’ fees.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Emergency Services dispatched to your property may incur a trip/assessment fee if cancelled after our team has been dispatched.
- Non-emergency Services may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
10. Use of the Website
By using our Site, you agree:
- Not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our systems, or our data.
- Not to copy, reproduce, or republish content from this Site without our written permission.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, photos, and software — is the property of AWDR or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.
11. Reviews and Testimonials

- Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
- Before filing a lawsuit, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through written notice and a 30-day cure period.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
